About the role

  • Sales Projects Coordinator facilitating complex project executions and commercial rollouts for Smappee's energy solutions. Collaborating with internal teams and partners for seamless implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the rollout of large and complex commercial projects with strategic partners, ensuring smooth execution from agreement to end customer delivery.
  • Act as a central coordination point between sales teams, operations, logistics, installation partners, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Translate commercial agreements into structured operational processes to ensure efficient implementation and delivery.
  • Support the setup and launch of new commercial packages and service offerings, ensuring they can be implemented and scaled within the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and optimize operational workflows related to commercial projects, and work with internal teams to implement scalable solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential operational bottlenecks, and proactively ensure projects stay on track.
  • Facilitate clear communication between commercial teams and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • A structured and solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on improving processes and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in project coordination, sales operations, commercial project management, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and technical teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align different stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a plus.
