About the role

  • Controller managing global management reporting and providing analyses at SKYLOTEC GmbH. Collaborating with international teams to optimize financial performance and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Further development and maintenance of global management reporting, including customer, product and segment analyses
  • Preparation of ad-hoc and scenario analyses with subsequent cost tracking
  • Conducting profitability analyses and optimizing working capital and cash management
  • Preparation and coordination of forecasts, budgets and variance analyses, including recommended actions
  • Development and monitoring of central KPIs/KRIs in collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Further development of our sales controlling in cooperation with sales management / CRM management
  • Ensuring a reliable data foundation and optimizing reporting from ERP, CRM and BI systems

Requirements

  • Professional experience in controlling, ideally in an international manufacturing environment
  • Analytical, proactive and results-oriented working style
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with BI systems (e.g., Power BI) and ERP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics NAV)
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Team player with open communication, high personal responsibility and flexibility in an international environment
