About the role
- Marketing Specialist developing local marketing activities focusing on pursuits driving new business. Creating proposals, presentations, and branded materials to support company positioning.
Responsibilities
- Developing local marketing activities with a strong focus on leading and supporting pursuits that drive new business.
- Creating high quality proposals, presentations, branded materials, public relations content, and other key marketing deliverables.
- Ensuring that all materials produced and shared internally or externally reflect the highest level of quality, alignment, and differentiation in the marketplace.
- Handling work that requires rapid turnaround times and strict deadlines, while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in the A/E/C industry
- Familiarity with proposal preparation in the A/E/C industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, CRM platforms, Canva
- Experience coordinating events and vendor relationships
- A strong design eye and confidence working with branded templates
