- Run ideation sessions and build a prioritised pipeline of high‑value tests
- Share results back with stakeholders in a simple, engaging way - turning data into actionable insights
- Work with Finance and Commercial to quantify incremental value and help scale what works
- Champion a culture of learning through experimentation across your product area
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience running digital experimentation (A/B & associated methods of testing), from ideation to implementation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and think critically
- Confident working with data to uncover insights and inform decisions
- Excellent communicator who can bring teams together and build alignment
- Experienced in managing stakeholders across a variety of functions
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
- Naturally curious, collaborative, and motivated to enhance customer experiences
