  • You’re comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
  • You have a strong ability to evaluate trade-offs between speed, scale, and user experience, ensuring solutions are both technically feasible and aligned with business goals.
  • You thrive in cross-functional teams and will enjoy working closely with designers, developers, marketing teams, prescribers and beyond.

  • You’re curious and self-motivated to expand knowledge across various disciplines, asking insightful questions and applying new concepts to drive your own personal growth as well as the wider teams.

  • A meticulous attention to detail coupled with the ability & willingness to work at pace.
  • A keen eye for identifying process improvements and challenging the status-quo.
  • Exceptional organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
