Demand Generation Manager responsible for scaling SaaS compliance platform through innovative marketing campaigns. Leading demand generation efforts to significantly increase revenue for small businesses.
Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, affiliates, and retargeting.
Partner with SEO and content teams to grow top-of-funnel awareness through strong organic and AEO performance.
Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and automated nurture journeys that move prospects from interest to action.
Optimise HubSpot workflows and nurture paths to improve every stage of the funnel—from visitor → MQL → trial → customer.
Run A/B tests and experiments to constantly improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates.
Track and report key KPIs—including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, and campaign ROI—to continuously improve performance.
Work closely with Sales to ensure high-intent leads are prioritised and converted efficiently.
Partner with the Head of Marketing to ensure demand generation aligns with our brand story and long-term strategy.
Requirements
7 + years of B2B demand generation experience, ideally in SaaS products for small businesses
10+ years of overall experience in marketing roles
Proven track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Experience with marketing automation & CRM systems (e.g., GA4, HubSpot)
