Responsibilities
Lead application projects: releases, new features and integrations
Analyze application usage and recommend optimizations
Write requirements documents, specifications and test plans; support user acceptance testing and production deployments
Act as the primary contact for external providers and facilitate project working groups
Ensure platform performance, security and maintainability
Manage incidents, fixes, updates, version upgrades and configuration
Support users and collaborate with support and infrastructure teams
Contribute to GDPR-related topics and maintain technical/functional watch
Requirements
Hold a Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent and have significant experience in application management
Familiarity with technical environments: Dynamics 365, phpMyAdmin, WordPress, DevOps practices and Confluence
Strong project management skills
Attention to detail, autonomy, service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Operational/professional level of English – international, multi-site context
