About the role

- Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
- Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
- ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
