About the role

  • PMO Project Management Resource managing IT projects for Transportation Technologies at PTC. Coordinating activities, developing project plans, and ensuring adherence to project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects
  • Develops and maintains project plans and artifacts using PTC or other established project management standards
  • Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope
  • Performs project management duties through the project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closing
  • Conducts lessons learned sessions to identify recommendations for improvement
  • Develops and maintains productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients
  • Adheres to the PTC PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts

Requirements

  • Project management expertise in projects of various size and subject matter
  • Experience related to Long-haul Fiber Networks, Facility/Campus Data Networks
  • Wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi Networks and Unified Communication technology
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • ServiceNow Experience in Idea, Project, and Demand modules
  • Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically SAP projects
  • ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies
