Responsibilities
Manage bid and order execution for Medium Voltage Drive Systems and High Voltage Motors
Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including participation in tenders and negotiations with customers
Coordinate overall project planning, scheduling, and execution while monitoring milestones and budgets
Ensure adherence to project management standards, quality guidelines, EHS requirements, and regulatory compliance
Act as a technical and application expert supporting the regional sales organization and customers
Analyze customer requirements and develop optimal technical and commercial solutions
Provide consulting support to Regional Sales Managers and Key Account Managers during customer engagements
Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
Identify new business opportunities and support the growth of Medium Voltage Drives and High Voltage Motors across assigned markets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering (MBA is an advantage)
8–10+ years of experience in Medium Voltage Motors and Drive Systems applications within sales, project management, or business development
Strong technical understanding of MV drives and HV motors systems
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience with MS Office Tools especially advanced Excel skills, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Projects
Demonstrated business and financial acumen
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Comfortable presenting to senior management and C-level stakeholders
Fluent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
