About the role

• Senior Consultant guiding leading companies in digital transformation with expertise in automation and AI. Focused on consulting and managing end-to-end projects in construction and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex construction processes (tendering, procurement, project control/management, claims) to identify opportunities for end-to-end automation.
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents that go beyond classic RPA and independently control and execute decision-critical workflows.
• Implement Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to process unstructured data (e.g., automated analysis of bills of quantities, contract documents and construction records).
• Combine LLMs with Computer Vision (CNN) and Predictive Analytics for holistic project monitoring.
• Integrate ERP systems, BIM platforms and process mining tools using state-of-the-art automation solutions.
• Present high-tech solutions at C-level and translate technical innovations into tangible business value.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years' experience in RPA, AI and ideally in developing agent-based systems.
• Proficient in Python, SQL and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and experienced with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, Auto-GPT).
• Deep understanding of RAG architectures (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and ideally model fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of planning, cost estimation, tendering, contract award and construction documentation (PlanRadar).
• Experience with smart building technologies (e.g., lab spaces), IoT control systems and digital building management systems.
• Expertise in deploying digital platforms for space/resource management and integrating them with AI services.
• Familiarity with industry software (e.g., BIM.5D, matDOC, BIM2Field / Field2).
• Fluent in German and English.
• Degree in (business) informatics, civil engineering or a comparable field.
