Responsibilities
- Drive AI Adoption Across the Organisation
- Lead initiatives that accelerate the use of AI tools and capabilities across business teams, helping employees understand how AI can support their work and improve outcomes.
- Design and deliver structured enablement programmes that help employees develop practical AI skills, including: Understanding AI fundamentals, Using generative AI tools effectively, Applying AI in data analysis, research, and productivity, Responsible and safe use of AI technologies
- Work closely with teams across the organisation to identify high-value AI applications and support their implementation in areas such as: Data analysis and insight generation, Automation of manual tasks, Research and reporting, Marketing and digital optimisation, Customer and operational insights
- Support employees in using modern AI platforms and productivity tools such as: Microsoft Copilot, Large language model tools (e.g. ChatGPT), AI-enabled analytics platforms, Internal AI solutions developed by the team
- Promote responsible and ethical use of AI across the organisation, ensuring employees understand governance, data protection considerations, and appropriate usage of AI technologies.
- Create and nurture an internal community of AI users and champions through workshops, showcases, and knowledge sharing. Encourage experimentation and help scale successful use cases across teams.
