- Control of costs, risk, schedule, and change
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficient in Outlook 365, Microsoft TEAMs, Document management systems, GIS
- Degree and chartered status in an engineering or related field
- Personal Track Safety (PTS) qualification
- Suitable CSCS certification
- Experience engaging various stakeholders
- Working knowledge of rail standards and procedures
