Background in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Established experience working in IT support
Working with IT Workplace Services and end‑user support
Using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
Basic project management skills including planning and risk tracking
Documenting processes and analysing service performance
Understanding ITIL principles
