Tech Lead with mobile/full-stack experience at Sitemate developing impactful software features. Collaborating with a cross-functional team for architectural vision and product strategy.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of our two mobile products and their backend services - from architecting new features to improving performance and code quality.
Own and drive the technical vision, ensuring all work aligns with long-term architecture and product strategy.
Mentor and support engineers on the mobile team through code reviews, pairing, and technical guidance.
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and other Engineering teams to translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Take the lead on diagnosing and resolving production issues, leveraging tools like Bugsnag and Datadog, and coordinating hotfixes with speed and precision.
Continuously improve engineering practices, including testing, CI/CD, performance monitoring, and technical documentation.
Requirements
Javascript/Typescript experience is preferred.
React Native experience is preferred.
Node, Serverless & AWS experience a bonus.
MongoDB & DynamoDB experience is a bonus.
Native mobile experience is a bonus
