Responsibilities
Assisting in the management of various local and international license processes.
Reviewing and drafting of policies and procedures in various fields.
Managing interactions with external counsels.
Negotiating and handling contracts with business partners.
Drafting corporate and shareholder documents.
Providing support to the People team on employment matters which could also have a cross-border element.
Assisting in IP matters.
Work closely with MLRO on compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
Lead due diligence processes with service providers.
Contribute to adherence with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
Contributing to the development of effective legal and compliance processes.
Help develop, improve and maintain internal processes and procedures.
Supporting tax-related matters as needed.
Providing overall legal support to other teams as needed.
Requirements
Mastery of English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Legal Expertise: A law degree to provide a strong foundation in the field.
Document drafting: A good inclination for drafting precise legal documents.
Out-of-the-Box Thinking: A penchant for thinking beyond the ordinary.
Process Improvement: A dedication to enhancing efficiency through continuous learning.
