About the role

Responsibilities
- Independently manage a portfolio of micro-enterprises (TPE), SMEs and corporate groups
- Carry out annual corporate secretarial duties
- Handle all non-routine corporate transactions, including company formations
- Draft all types of leases and common agreements
- Address all corporate law and tax-related issues
- Conduct any necessary legal research to complete assignments
Requirements
- Master's degree (or DESS) in Corporate Law / Business Law
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate law / business law
- Able to work autonomously on routine and non-routine transactions
- Strong ability to explain complex legal matters, with excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Proficient with office software and digital tools
