About the role

  • Technical Consultant providing training and support for dental products at S.I.N. in São Paulo. Engaging the clients with knowledge on digital flow and clinical planning.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Level I support and deliver in-person and/or online training to customers who purchase products related to Implants, Sin Solutions and Partners.
  • Work directly and indirectly in all pre-sale and post-sale stages that require a dentist professional, with knowledge of digital workflow, prosthetic rehabilitation, and surgical and clinical planning.
  • Answer customer questions through the customer service platform.
  • Monitor product use for customers experiencing difficulties via the department's support programs.
  • Populate spreadsheets to generate relevant data for the department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry
  • Intermediate English — a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in the East Zone of São Paulo (Zona Leste)
