About the role
- Finance Analyst responsible for managing cash flow, treasury activities, and enhancing reporting dashboards. Engage with a team dedicated to transforming lives at S.I.N.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the cash flow in accordance with the budget approved by cost center (CC); Elaboration of the Bank KIT; MATRZ file for Accounting; preparation of net debt;
- Validate statements for Actual Accounts, Transitional Accounts, Investments, and Loans;
- Review the monthly treasury book for accounting: Available / Financial Investments / Securities / Accounts Receivable / Advances to Suppliers / Bank Transitional Inflows and Outflows (Assets and Liabilities) / Accounts Payable / Loans;
- Monitor compliance with existing policies and conduct departmental audits according to processes;
- Populate reports for Power BI and promote improvements to dashboards;
- Supervise accounts receivable tasks and reports, mapping process improvements and analysts' activities;
- Lead system automation projects and source new tools on the market to modernize the area;
- Source training tools for team members and implement, together with the manager, methods to evaluate performance;
- Validate the quarterly mapping of activities and update XMIND diagrams and work instructions;
- Validate income statement accounts and necessary reclassifications; maintain daily receipts position with explanations for variances and the daily cash report; daily national and international receipts;
- Forecasted vs. Actual cash flow by cost center (CC) and expenses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields;
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
- Experience with ERPs (SAP is a plus);
- Previous experience in treasury, accounts payable and accounts receivable.
