Responsibilities
Support new product innovation projects with cross-functional teams
Support development of the 3-year innovation pipeline
Partner with agencies and internal sales and customer marketing teams to execute in-store and online activations
Contribute to the development and implementation of the communication plan - including ATL creative, media and digital, and TTL activity
Partner with internal insights team to identify new sales opportunities
Analyse market data and report on sales performance to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
Support brand planning and manage brand A&P budgets
Requirements
A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Understanding of the Australian FMCG and retail landscape
Experience in market analysis and managing projects with cross-functional teams
Financial awareness and commercial acumen
Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
A balance of creativity, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
