About the role

Responsibilities
- You independently prepare, analyze and optimize monthly reporting for multiple legal entities
- You ensure high data quality, consistency and timeliness in reporting
- You actively contribute to the further development of reporting structures, KPIs and controlling processes
- You prepare management reports and analyses for external stakeholders
- You analyze variances (plan vs. actual, forecast), provide commentary and derive concrete recommendations for action
- You work closely with the accounting team and internal stakeholders
- You support budget planning, forecasts and ad-hoc analyses
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field with a focus on controlling/finance
- Relevant professional experience in controlling
- Strong Excel skills and initial experience with BI tools desirable
- Experience in analyzing, preparing and interpreting business/financial KPIs
- Structured, meticulous working style and strong numerical affinity
- Team player with strong communication skills and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Fluent German (C1) and good English skills
