Responsibilities
- Ensure the monthly close for your scope and guarantee the reliability of financial data
- Monitor and control revenue invoicing, cost allocations and billing items across different departments
- Produce monthly KPIs for the Executive Committee and the Steering Committee by analyzing data and providing recommendations
- Monitor inventory, fixed assets and depreciation charges, and ensure the consistency of monthly forecasts
- Contribute to the development of business plans for the launch of new activities
- Contribute to HR/payroll controlling: monitor FTEs, total payroll and related analyses
- Prepare financial reports for shareholders (income statement, operating result (REX), monthly reporting) and produce the annotated GMR
- Consolidate the budget for your scope and perform quarterly reforecasts
- Ensure accurate maintenance of the income statement and proactively propose improvements to processes and management tools
