About the role

  • Sales talent organizing distribution for leading brands in consumer markets. Managing staff training and customer quality control in the Gießen area.

Responsibilities

  • Organizing product merchandising and shelf replenishment according to customer guidelines
  • Recruiting and hiring new team members
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Performing quality checks and initiating corrective actions
  • Communicating with staff, customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training (apprenticeship) or equivalent
  • Career changers welcome
  • Independent, self-directed working style
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Role model with strong motivational skills
  • Class B driving license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management preferred
