Responsibilities

  • Organizing merchandise placement/merchandising according to client specifications
  • Recruiting and hiring new employees
  • Onboarding and training employees
  • Conducting quality checks and initiating corrective measures
  • Communicating with employees, clients and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training
  • Career changers welcome
  • Ability to work independently
  • Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate others
  • Valid Class B driver’s license (formerly FS3)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
  • Practical experience in field sales and/or staff management preferred
