About the role

  • Sales representative managing regional customers and new acquisitions in the automotive sector. Focusing on sales processes and market analysis with customer-centric engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and advising an existing regional customer base and acquiring new customers in the passenger car sector
  • Independently planning and conducting customer appointments
  • Active sales of the product range
  • Optimizing and developing existing sales processes
  • Conducting market monitoring and competitor analysis
  • Supporting sales and customer events
  • Demand and potential analysis (Customer 360 evaluation tool)
  • Responsibility for sales and profitability
  • Participation in WM workshop trade fairs

Requirements

  • Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in the automotive sector
  • Field sales experience within the automotive industry
  • Understanding of market and customer needs
  • Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus with a consistently friendly and professional manner
  • Good written and spoken German
  • Persuasiveness and negotiation skills
  • Confident use of MS Office applications
  • Driving license class B (formerly class 3)
