About the role
- Sicredi seeks an Analista de Estratégia to drive strategic actions for retail markets. Involving partnerships with products, channels, and marketing teams to ensure successful initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop commercial action plans aligned with Sicredi's strategic guidelines for retail, middle-income and high-income customer segments.
- Translate strategic directives into tactical initiatives applicable to the realities of the Centrals and Cooperatives.
- Work in partnership with product, channels and marketing teams to ensure coherence and effectiveness of actions.
- Monitor performance indicators and propose strategic adjustments based on results and learnings.
- Support the dissemination of commercial strategies to field teams, contributing to training and engagement.
- Conduct market, competitor and member behavior analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Participate in the design of commercial campaigns and customer journeys, focusing on financial products and creating value for members.
Requirements
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL / Python)
- Experience in performance/result management and creation of indicators/KPIs
- Bachelor's degree completed
- Analytical thinking
- Curiosity and proactivity in learning new things and ambition to take on new challenges
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate and influence
