About the role
- Contábil Analyst responsible for monthly closing of consolidated revenue. Collaborating across departments and ensuring proper accounting based on IFRS15 for SILIMED.
Responsibilities
- Perform the monthly accounting close for the Company's consolidated revenue
- Ensure correct revenue recognition accounting in accordance with IFRS 15
- Analyze revenue flow, design processes and standardize them across all group companies based on IFRS 15
- Analyze revenue cut-off
- Reconcile management reports with accounting records
- Support external audits
- Conduct meetings with different areas (billing, commercial/sales, logistics) to understand the period's revenue figures
- Interact with internal teams (Tax, Finance, Legal, Controllership) and external partners
- Participate in continuous improvement projects and automation of accounting processes
- Publish revenue dashboard validated with accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proven experience in accounting close processes and interaction with foreign partners
- Strong knowledge of international accounting standards, particularly CPC 47 / IFRS 15
- Experience with SAP ERP is a plus
- Advanced English (Spanish is a plus) — will be used for interaction with European subsidiaries
