Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and ensure the execution of Visual Merchandising campaigns across all brand touchpoints;
Oversee the development, production, distribution planning and delivery of VM materials in partnership with external suppliers and internal partners;
Responsible for controlling and distributing VM materials specific to each point of sale (POS);
Develop and implement special projects and retail activations, considering schedule, budget and the brand’s visual identity;
Lead the strategic curation of product presentation in stores (launch plan), taking into account performance, storytelling, flow and visual identity;
Create and update planograms and display guidelines based on sell-out data, product launches and consumer purchase behavior;
Manage area budget governance, invoices and cash flow together with peers;
Support analysis of results and generate learnings for continuous improvement of brand activations;
Translate sell-out data and consumer behavior into actionable insights to evolve the Visual Merchandising strategy;
Serve as a technical reference for the team, supporting development and ensuring aligned execution with internal and external partners;
Collaborate with marketing, trade, operations and training teams to ensure synergy of in-store actions;
Deliver strategic presentations to different stakeholders, ensuring alignment between local and global teams;
Act as the link between the local team and global headquarters, following guidelines, translating concepts and proposing local market adaptations with sensitivity and consistency;
Requirements
Degree in Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Design or related fields;
Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Visual Merchandising (required);
Proficiency in presentation tools (PowerPoint), spreadsheets (Excel), schedule management and analytic thinking;
Excellent organizational skills, aesthetic sense, attention to detail and visual aptitude;
Proactive, curious and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;
Advanced English, written and spoken (required for frequent interactions with the global team);
