About the role

• Analista de Gestão Integrada de Riscos no Banco Cooperativo Sicredi. Focado no desenvolvimento de testes de estresse e implementação de requisitos relacionados ao Icaap Sistêmico.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, correlate and analyze information from databases, accounting and financial sources;
• Measure the impact of scenarios on cooperatives' financial statements and indicators;
• Provide technical leadership for the implementation of the Stress Testing Program;
• Work on calculation rules/engines to stress balance sheets and indicators;
• Analyze information produced during the budgeting process;
• Create tools for stress scenario analysis;
• Develop policies, standards and manuals for risk management.

Requirements

• Experience building stress tests and conducting scenario analysis;
• Analytical mindset with a focus on integration and consolidation of risks;
• Knowledge of the balance-sheet behavior of a financial institution (FI) and of financial statements;
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with multiple areas;
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary projects;
