About the role
- Analista de Negócios SR responsible for onboarding new PJ and AGRO members to Sicredi's financial services. Collaborates across teams to optimize member experience and identify improvement opportunities.
Responsibilities
- The team is responsible for delivering the best onboarding experience (physical and digital) for corporate (PJ) and agribusiness (AGRO) members, focusing on process efficiency, results, and a simplified, engaging experience tailored to each stakeholder.
- The solutions we develop are used at the front line by the cooperatives and by our members through digital channels.
- For this position, we are looking for proactive, dynamic professionals who want to learn and grow, with a sharp eye for data analysis, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. Our day-to-day work requires interaction with multiple stakeholders, close collaboration, accountability, and clear communication.

Requirements
- Contribute to documentation of discovery processes and the detailing of user stories;
- Detail product requirements;
- Identify opportunities to improve the journey together with Product Managers;
- Map processes;
- Monitor delivery;
- Provide alignment, manuals, and specific training for products;
- Analyze data to identify opportunities and support decision-making;
- Contribute to studies required to advance strategic definitions or identify opportunities for action.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Marketing, Design, Engineering, Economics, or related fields;
- Postgraduate degree in similar or complementary areas;
- Previous experience in a financial institution is a plus;
- Experience with market studies and data analysis;
- Knowledge of banking products and services;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel);
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and other similar tools.
