Responsibilities
- Annual planning (strategy, priorities, audience-specific planning);
- Tactical plan for monthly communication activities based on prioritized audiences;
- Evaluate and recommend opportunities to strengthen relationships with prioritized audiences;
- Recommend the institutional engagement calendar (internal and external) regarding commemorative dates, celebrations, awards, achievements, notable events, and anniversaries of strategic audiences;
- Support institutional representation events and activities (internal and external);
- Develop key messages and speeches for internal and external use;
- Prepare corporate presentations and other institutional materials to ensure consistency in Sicredi’s messaging and image with stakeholders;
- Provide consulting and support on communication-related matters;
- Define metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of actions;
- Support preparation and follow-up for interviews, stakeholder meetings, and development of key messages for the press;
- Prepare reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism (Social Communication) or Business Administration;
- Experience in communication planning and media relations/press office;
- Excellent writing skills;
- Analytical ability to assess results and adjust strategies accordingly;
- Knowledge of the financial sector and/or cooperative institutions is desirable;
- Advanced English proficiency is a plus.
