Responsibilities
Define, evolve and prioritize the product roadmap using data, user feedback, business metrics and market trends.
Manage essential journeys within digital channels, ensuring simplicity, reliability, scalability and alignment with Sicredi’s strategy.
Ensure regulatory compliance of solutions by working collaboratively with the responsible areas (risk, compliance, security, legal and related teams).
Work in partnership with technology teams, both internal and external, ensuring high-quality deliveries, on schedule and with sustainable solutions.
Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results and propose continuous improvements for the journeys under your responsibility.
Conduct market benchmarking, track trends and identify opportunities for differentiation and product evolution.
Lead the collection, analysis and communication of initiative results, providing visibility to stakeholders and feeding the backlog with learnings.
Establish and maintain an ongoing discovery process, connected to the product and organizational strategy.
Act as a product reference, aligning areas, engaging stakeholders and supporting decision-making.

Requirements
Solid experience in digital product management, working with agile teams and continuous value delivery.
Experience in the financial sector and/or cooperative systems, with an understanding of regulated contexts and multiple stakeholders.
Experience managing digital channels (mobile apps) and/or platform products.
Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
Strong systems and process thinking, considering end-to-end impacts on product evolution.
Data analysis skills, defining and monitoring success metrics (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
Strategic prioritization skills, balancing projects, product evolution and resolution of operational issues.
Clear and effective communication, with the ability to interact with and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborative profile, comfortable working across networks, driving alignment and building solutions jointly.
Stakeholder-centered approach, focused on delivering value to cooperatives, members and internal areas.
