About the role

  • Data Analyst focused on Marketing Intelligence at Sicredi transforming data into actionable insights. Collaborating with teams on performance analysis and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct conversion funnel analyses (web and mobile), identifying bottlenecks, opportunities and impacts by channel, campaign, audience and journey.
  • Evaluate paid media performance (e.g., CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, incremental impact when applicable) and produce recommendations for optimization.
  • Analyze Top, Middle and Bottom of Funnel campaigns, linking effort and impact with appropriate metrics for each stage (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention).
  • Explore behavior patterns and segments (cohort, recurrence, engagement) to help refine strategies and hypotheses.
  • Work with GA4 to extract, explore and interpret data, ensuring consistency of metrics, events and conversions.
  • Support the evolution of instrumentation and data quality (e.g., definition and validation of events, parameters, conversions, naming conventions and rules).
  • Combine marketing, digital analytics and product data for integrated analyses (e.g., the full journey from click to outcome).
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards focused on decision-making (performance, funnel, campaigns, channels, journeys).
  • Ensure good BI modeling (DAX measures when necessary, correct granularity, performance and governance).
  • Translate data into narratives and recommendations: executive presentations, clear insights, trade-offs and practical next steps.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product and Data (Engineering/Analytics) teams to align definitions, metrics and priorities.
  • Contribute to the standardization of metrics, data dictionaries and indicator documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement and monitoring routines (alerts, recurring analyses, performance cadences).

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex joins, creation of analytical tables, validations, performance tuning).
  • Experience with Power BI (modeling, measures and visualization).
  • Strong skills in data storytelling and data visualization: communicate insights with clarity, context and actionable recommendations.
  • Experience with conversion funnel analysis and marketing campaign analysis.
  • Experience analyzing campaigns by funnel stage (Top/Middle/Bottom) and defining KPIs by objective.
  • Practical knowledge of GA4: understand its structure, metrics, events/conversions, dimensions, explorations and limitations.
  • Understanding of digital journey and product funnel (web and app).
