About the role
- Legal Assessor providing legal support to Sicredi, focusing on cooperative legal matters and credit recovery. Engaging with various business areas and offering training as needed.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory support to the cooperatives and Sicredi Central South/Southeast on the area's reference topics, understanding business needs, following system-wide guidelines, interacting with the Legal Superintendency and other business areas both at the Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS) and the Central, analyzing and weighing risks, proposing solutions to facilitate decision-making, and delivering training when necessary.
- Reference areas:
- Analysis of the portfolio of legal proceedings, primarily credit recovery; litigation strategy; data and performance indicator analysis; accreditation of external law firms; Elaw (legal system).
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Knowledge of litigation strategies
- Data and KPI analysis

- Contingent liabilities
- Differentials: Specialization/postgraduate degree in Law, preferably in Corporate Law or Civil Law; Civil Procedure and/or Cooperative Law. Experience in credit recovery; credit cooperativism; business acumen; knowledge of artificial intelligence.
