Responsibilities
Collaborate and interact with other internal CAS teams, Centrals and Cooperatives across the Sicredi system to jointly understand needs and help identify opportunities within Legal Operations
Work closely with lawyers from other areas of the Legal Superintendency (Civil Litigation Management, Labor, Tax and Debt Recovery, and Products & Business Management) to deliver value-added outputs to the Legal department
Seek opportunities for continuous improvement in team processes and workflows
Analyze and propose action plans to mitigate existing risks within the Management area
Support the resolution of complex problems and provide new perspectives on existing solutions
Assist with control and forecasting of provisions, contingencies and payments
Prepare and analyze legal and financial KPIs
Support the development of dashboards and management reports
Support implementation of LegalTech tools and automation
Interface with Finance, Controllership, Compliance and Technology teams
Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting
Experience with ERPs and legal case-management systems
Familiarity with automation and workflow tools
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields
Postgraduate degree / MBA in Administration or related areas
