Responsibilities

• Operate anti-fraud tools for financial and non-financial events.
• Identify suspicious patterns and behaviors based on data.
• Interact with internal departments and cooperatives to provide clarification and support.
• Ensure compliance with established deadlines and procedures.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the area’s processes.

Requirements

• **Requirements and Qualifications:**
• Undergraduate degree in progress or completed in fields such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or related areas.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Desirable knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Bizagi, or similar.
• Interest in working with information security, fraud prevention, and internal support.
