About the role
- Improve fraud prevention processes;
- Investigate suspected fraud cases;
- Monitor financial transactions;
- Contact members through our service channels;
- Provide feedback to controls and preventive systems;
- Analyze and respond to inquiries from other departments;
- Review documents and processes;
- Identify improvements in customer service and financial transaction monitoring processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Postgraduate degree completed or in progress is a plus;
- Certification in Fraud Prevention and Compliance is a plus;
- Knowledge of anti-fraud tools is a plus;
- Availability to work flexible hours and on a 6x1 rotation;
- Experience in transactional monitoring of digital channels (Internet Banking and Mobile Banking) is a plus;
- Knowledge and experience in fraud prevention is a plus;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
