About the role

  • Join Sicredi as a Business Analyst JR in the Acceptance team to enhance payment solutions and promote business growth. Analyze profitability and support cooperatives without any specified experience.

Responsibilities

  • Profitability analyses: conduct pricing studies and identify opportunities, assessing financial impacts.
  • Monitoring business metrics: track performance, including metrics such as churn, transaction volume and contribution margin, and measure gains from area projects.
  • Bottleneck identification: analyze processes related to pricing and profitability, proposing improvements to products, pricing policies and operations to increase business competitiveness.
  • Support to Cooperatives: act as a technical reference to clarify questions about profitability and pricing strategies.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
  • Technical Knowledge: Technology and Systems: advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and data querying in BI platforms.
  • Data Analysis: ability to analyze and process data, and to apply data insights to the business context.
  • Systemic Vision: ability to view Sicredi as an integrated organization and anticipate potential market movements.
  • Leadership and Communication: effective communication to lead discussions with Cooperatives and the ability to adapt messaging across different regions of Brazil.
  • Strategic Thinking: ability to analyze scenarios and develop strategies to monetize and grow the business.
  • Adaptability: flexibility and resilience to handle constant change and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, inquisitiveness and curiosity about new aspects of the business will be an advantage.
