About the role

Responsibilities
- Validation and reconciliation of financial operations and accounting records;
- Recording of financial transactions;
- Responding to cooperatives' requests related to the Cash Management process;
- Communication and relationship management with suppliers;
- Billing activities such as validation of services (amounts and taxes) for issuing invoices (Notas Fiscais);
- Preparation of management reports and maintenance of performance indicators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress;
- Experience in operations control and financial reconciliation;
- Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets, macros, data analysis and KPIs/indicators;
- Basic knowledge of VBA to read code and troubleshoot issues (programming skills are a plus);
- Assertive and empathetic communication (verbal and written);
- Proactive in self-directed learning and continuous knowledge seeking;
- Basic knowledge of Power BI;
- Experience in billing (validation of service amounts and taxes) is a plus.
