About the role

  • Financial Administrative Specialist managing advanced financial studies and analyses to optimize workflows. Joining Sicredi, Brazil's first cooperative financial institution with over 9.5 million members.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced studies and analyses within the administrative and financial scopes, including the preparation of business cases, feasibility analyses and scenario projections.
  • Analyze the impacts of Tax Reform on activities under the area’s responsibility and propose tools, processes and procedures to address the changes, always seeking optimization and efficiency in operations.
  • Draft standards and policies, as well as technical opinions and guidance for operations within the area’s scopes.
  • Participate in forums and events and monitor market trends and innovation to propose new services in the administrative and financial scopes.
  • Connect with Technology, Data and Innovation teams to identify levers that accelerate our efficiency and resilience.
  • Foster synergies with other areas within CAS, serving as a reference and sharing best practices with other teams.
  • Participate in projects and working groups on topics involving the Management’s scopes, aiming to build new solutions or evolve current processes.
  • Prepare management reports for the Superintendency and the Board of Directors, ensuring clarity, accuracy and strategic insight.
  • Represent the area in internal committees related to matters under the Management’s responsibility.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
  • Solid experience in administrative and/or financial areas within large companies;
  • Strong communication and internal stakeholder relationship skills, analytical capability and strategic vision;
  • Curious, proactive and driven by challenges;
  • Proven expertise in preparing business cases, scenario projections and economic-financial feasibility analyses;
  • Experience in project management, technical leadership and/or people management;
  • Data-oriented profile with knowledge of data and automation tools in a corporate environment;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) and data tools;
  • Experience preparing management reports and executive presentations.
