About the role

  • Specialist in ALM and Corporate Finance supporting strategic financial planning and risk management at Sicredi. Focus on asset and liability management with comprehensive reports and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of ALM strategies, promoting the integration of best practices across cooperatives.
  • Structure funding studies, capital structure (Basel) and long-term planning.
  • Develop and monitor financial and ALM KPIs, providing clear reports for the executive board, boards and committees.
  • Prepare technical reports and detailed analyses on ALM to support decision-making.
  • Monitor liquidity, capital and market risk of the cooperatives, proposing mitigation strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor credit pricing and funding costs, considering impacts on results and market risk.
  • Monitor macroeconomic variables and trends that impact the business and portfolios.
  • Participate in monthly asset and liability management committees, contributing in-depth analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Finance and/or ALM within the financial sector, or in liquidity risk and market risk roles.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial risk management, banking regulations and ALM practices.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling proficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills, strategic vision and excellent communication.
