Executive/Senior Executive leading content production and marketing initiatives to drive SIAS objectives. Collaborating with departments to enhance brand awareness and digital presence.
Responsibilities
Take charge of content production and assigned marketing initiatives, projects and promotion of events
Work closely and collaborate with different departments to ensure that all marketing efforts align with SIAS’ objectives
Plan and execute integrated marketing schedules and campaigns for SIAS programmes to drive digital presence, brand awareness, lead generation and social engagement
Strategise and manage the content pipeline for SIAS’ e‑Newsletter, social media platforms, and website; ensure consistency with brand and audience needs
Record and capture video content and soundbite for content / video production
Produce and edit videos with defined storyboard, clear concept, ensuring strong narrative flow and timely pacing
Translate briefs, concepts or scripts into engaging video narratives suitable for digital platforms
Take charge of eDMs, social media scheduling and website update and use the analysis of data to ensure maximisation of engagement rates (e.g. CTR, video watch time) across the different channels
Support development of integrated event marketing plans with end-to-end execution to promote the assigned SIAS investor education programmes across all platforms via eDMs, social media, digital advertising, and event marketing
Ensure creation of key visuals and adaptations for marketing related materials such as edms and social media posts are aligned with SIAS branding
Assist in copywriting of captions and relevant marketing messages for assigned events / initiatives
Explore and generate ideas for lead generation to increase subscriber base
Liaise with production and marketing agencies and free lancers on related marketing work required
Work within assigned marketing budget and ensure KPIs are met within given timeline
Prepare and evaluate post-event statistics
Keep updated on the latest marketing trends and provide suggestions on work improvement and efficiency
Schedule to work at assigned SIAS’ events (in-person or hybrid) on rotation basis
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Finance, Accounting and/or relevant fields
Minimum 2-year experience in video / content production and editing, marketing, digital marketing, social media management and/or relevant fields is preferred
Experience with hardware; video recorder and necessary hardware to capture content
Proficient in AI application, Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing tools or any design tools
Knowledge in Google Suite (Analytics, Ads) is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Have an eye for details and passion for creativity in creating and vetting of content and collaterals
Excellent in oral and written command of the English language with creative copy writing skills. Ability to read and speak Mandarin is a plus for stakeholder communication
Good project management skills and able to multi-task to ensure quality work delivers on time within budget
Understand current marketing trends and ability to apply them effectivity at work
People oriented and a team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge or have a strong interest in financial services and charity sector marketing is a plus
