Requirements
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- OT license in state of practice
- Master's in Occupational Therapy (preferred)
- Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) designation or active pursuit of certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in custom upper extremity splinting
- Experience working with pediatric patients in a clinical setting
- Advanced training or continuing education in pediatric orthopedic therapy or upper extremity rehabilitation (preferred)
- Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary staff and lead clinical initiatives
- Familiarity with outpatient specialty care and mission driven care model (preferred)
- Involvement in clinical education or community outreach related to pediatric therapy (preferred)
- Experience working with pediatric patients with neurodevelopmental diagnoses (preferred)
