About the role

  • Mental Health Therapist providing individual, couples, and family therapy in a hybrid environment. Collaborating with a dynamic team to fill mental health service gaps while ensuring work/life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis
  • Create and implement treatment plans
  • Complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis and treatment plan reviews
  • Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
  • Provide excellent customer service for clients
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals
  • Coordinate services with various personnel
  • Attend clinical staff meetings and training

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in social work or behavioral sciences or related fields
  • Licensed mental health professional (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
  • Prefer experience with couples and families
