About the role

Responsibilities
- Prospect and negotiate with new veterinary clinics and industry professionals to onboard them into the network.
- Manage and support existing contracts, ensuring all terms are properly fulfilled;
- Monitor the quality of services provided by partner clinics and professionals;
- Ensure the accredited network is sufficiently broad to meet user demand.
- Lead the nationwide credentialing process for pet clinics, from initial research to onboarding and curation of new partners.
- Track performance indicators;
- Conduct audits and process analyses to identify improvements;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related fields;
- Operational process management: monitoring workflows of the accredited network (clinics, hospitals, suppliers);
- Data analysis tools: advanced Excel, Power BI for reporting and KPIs;
- Corporate systems: ERP, CRM and credentialing management platforms;
- Previous experience managing an accredited network;
- Knowledge of negotiation and supplier/vendor relationship management;
