About the role

  • Digital Sales Manager focused on establishing relationships with media agencies in Germany. Combining sales and account management to enhance digital advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned agencies as a strategic partner
  • Proactively advise clients on leveraging our digital advertising solutions
  • Ensure excellent client service and provide ongoing account support
  • Develop and implement tailored client strategies with clear KPIs and revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and execute upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth
  • Manage a robust opportunity pipeline, including accurate reporting and forecasting for management
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client needs
  • Continuously maintain and update CRM data

Requirements

  • Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client service within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client advising and collaboration with internal teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • A strong analytical, data-driven mindset to derive strategic insights
  • Experience or a strong interest in business development and the strategic growth of client relationships
