Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with assigned agencies as a strategic partner
Proactively advise clients on leveraging our digital advertising solutions
Ensure excellent client service and provide ongoing account support
Develop and implement tailored client strategies with clear KPIs and revenue targets
Identify new business opportunities and execute upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth
Manage a robust opportunity pipeline, including accurate reporting and forecasting for management
Work closely with internal teams to develop innovative, data-driven solutions that meet client needs
Continuously maintain and update CRM data
Requirements
Experience in sales, business development, account management, or client service within media agencies, digital advertising, or ad-tech companies
Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client advising and collaboration with internal teams
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
A strong analytical, data-driven mindset to derive strategic insights
Experience or a strong interest in business development and the strategic growth of client relationships
