About the role

  • Account Manager focused on managing brand partnerships in the Online Affiliates Team at ShopBack. Responsible for optimizing campaigns and driving revenue growth with affiliate partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners.
  • Optimize affiliate campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure seamless communication between partners and internal teams.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with affiliates, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Regularly attend industry events and networking events.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in account management, preferably in affiliate marketing or e-commerce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools is a plus.
  • Demonstrated use of Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to develop new or improve workflows, enhance productivity, and drive efficiency at scale.
