About the role
- Jr. Implementation Analyst providing specialized services in project migrations and consulting for Shift solutions. Collaborating with clients and supporting system implementation in Brazil and Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized services related to Shift solutions for migration projects, consultancies and technical advisory engagements, according to your area of expertise.
- Work together with the project manager during the project planning phase;
- Perform system implementations and consultative advisory services in Brazil and Latin America;
- Document and apply configurations to meet clients' requirements;
- Support clients in collecting, organizing and recording configurations;
- Support the organization, documentation and delivery of training;
- Keep project and technical advisory documentation up to date in the appropriate repositories, and record hours worked in the proper controls;
- Prepare technical documentation for Shift solutions.
Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
- Advanced Excel;
- Full availability to travel is essential;
- Availability to work on-site in São José do Rio Preto, SP.
- PREFERRED:
- Experience with system implementations;
- Knowledge of hospital and/or laboratory routines (billing / post-analytical) is desirable;
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish and English.
