About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute technical projects and client implementations from start to finish.
- Track and manage project milestones, time budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful execution.
- Ensure all documentation is complete, consistent, and available in IT Glue and Autotask.
- Deliver stellar customer service with proactive and professional communication.
- Present project updates and handoffs clearly to stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing environments and recommend modernized solutions.
- Maintain meticulous documentation and keep up to date with technologies.
- Provide tiered support during implementations and peak ticket volume.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a technical project management role
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with IT documentation tools such as IT Glue and Autotask
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to create technical scopes of work and estimates
- Knowledge of modern technologies and related certifications is a plus.
