About the role
- Motion Designer creating 2D and 3D animations for various branding projects. Join a passionate team supporting brand development in a flexible remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and produce 2D and 3D animations for a variety of brand and communication projects
- Independently execute motion projects — from concept to final export
- Coordinate and provide professional guidance to designers and working students
- Design and animate logos, social media assets, corporate videos, and brand motion systems
- Work closely with the design team to fully integrate motion design into branding processes
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our motion standards and workflows
- Optional: Coach and share knowledge within the team on tools, techniques, and new trends
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in motion design, ideally in an agency environment or on comparable projects
- Proficient with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Knowledge of Cinema 4D; experience with Blender is a plus but not required
- Experience with animation presets, expressions, and Motion Graphics Templates
- Good skills in video editing, compositing, and sound design are advantageous
- A strong sense of timing, rhythm, typography, and visual storytelling
- Desire to manage projects independently while mentoring or involving junior team members
- Self-motivation, team spirit, and enthusiasm for collaboration and continuous improvement
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
