- Experience independently executing and leading complex branding projects that involve multiple design disciplines
- Experience in technical and disciplinary leadership of a multi-person team
- Confident use of strategic approaches to brand architectures and complex corporate structures
- Strong design sensibility, creative talent, and pronounced conceptual strength, with the ability to demonstrate a wide range of ideas and styles
- High standards of quality for your own work
- Conscientious, self-directed, and structured working style
- Curiosity, enjoyment of communication, and teamwork (preferably you have already provided technical leadership to 1–2 people)
- Routine use of the relevant software/tools
- Fluent German and English language skills
